Squirrel and Bones is passionate about making the best fitting dog apparel and outfitting your dog in the best size for their body. Measurement and sizing review is a service that we provide for every order. We make every effort to contact customers if our review team identifies a potential issue with the selected size prior to shipping your order. In the event that the size does not fit correctly or if you change your mind we are happy to provide you with an exchange or return.
Please carefully try on your new Squirrel and Bones apparel indoors on your clean and dry dog. Retain all packaging and keep all tags attached to your garment until you are sure that you are happy with it. Items must be in their original bag with hang tags still attached to the garment to be eligible for exchange or return.
Squirrel and Bones fully guarantees all of our products against defects in craftsmanship and materials for a period of 45 days from date of purchase. We reserve the right to replace or credit defective products at our discretion. Damage due to normal wear and tear (damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal wear and aging), damage from chewing, tearing, or wear caused from improper sizing is not guaranteed. Alterations, modifications or negligence is also not covered. Note: We cannot honor exchanges or provide refunds for any merchandise that is sent back to us postmarked after 45 days commencing from the date you receive your order. The condition of the returned product will be determined at our discretion upon arrival and pending inspection. Products sent back that do not meet our return or exchange criteria will either be returned to you at your expense or you can choose to have us donate the item to a pet rescue of our choosing on your behalf.
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
We’re confident you and your dog will be pleased with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, we are happy to exchange / return full-price unworn and unwashed merchandise within 14 days of date of delivery. All sale pre-order and custom merchandise is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note the original shipping cost is non-refundable on returns. In the case of international purchase, Squirrel and Bones is not responsible for duty reimbursement. Please allow 10-14 days for your return to be processed. Squirrel and Bones holds the right to deny a refund or charge 20% of purchased price as restock fee if merchandise does not fulfill return policy requirements. Returns should be shipped to:
Exchange & Return Eligibility Requirements: • New, unused products must be clean and FREE OF DIRT & PET HAIR. If the product has been tried on and contains pet hair and/or dirt as a result, it must be cleaned of all pet hair and dirt before the item is returned. Do not use any cleaning products or fresheners. • Clearance products are final sale, please measure your dog carefully when placing your order! • Returned items must be in their original bag with hang tags still attached to the garment. Do not remove or discard any packaging until you are sure that you are happy with the item and will be keeping it. • We cannot honor exchanges or provide refunds for any merchandise that is not sent back to us postmarked within 15 days commencing from the date you receive your original order. • All refunds or exchanges must be made at the original point of purchase. Return and Exchange Instructions
Kindly complete the "Exchange & Return Form" included with your order. If you have misplaced your Form, contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can send you a replacement copy. Please ensure that the items are eligible for return prior to sending them back, see "Exchange & Return Eligibility Requirements" for details. When mailing back the item we recommend insuring the package. Please allow 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri) once the returned parcel has reached us for exchanges to be reviewed and inspected. We will notify you by email when your returned item has been processed. In the rare event that your parcel was damaged in transit or if you we have sent you a product in error please contact customer support immediately and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We reserve the right to pass on the brokerage fees to the client.
• Orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed, with the exception of holidays. Customers will be notified via email or phone should an item be out of stock. Availability of merchandise is not guaranteed.
• Most orders are shipped USPS Priority Medium Flat Rate Box; we also offer the option to select UPS service for an additional fee. By selecting USPS for your shipment option, Squirrel and Bones is not held liable for packages that were scanned via USPS as delivered.
• International Orders: Please contact us with questions about shipping rates in the mentioned places. We would be happy to arrange more economical shipping rates whenever possible.
•Rush Orders: At times we may be able to accommodate rushed orders. Please contact us if you need your order to be rushed and we will do our best to accommodate you. Rush orders include non-refundable additional courier shipping charges and an in-house processing rush fee. Please be aware that international courier options can be very costly.
